Parent Support Network: Less is More – Making Space for What Matters

November Topic: Less Is More — Making Space for What Matters

The holiday season can bring joy—but also stress, expectations, and exhaustion. This month, we’ll talk about how to navigate a season of excess by choosing less. We’ll explore ways to say no without guilt, create meaningful traditions that actually work for your family, and stay present for what really matters. We’ll also talk about how peer support can be a grounding force—especially when others around us don’t quite understand our choices. As always, we’ll leave space to check in and share how things are going.
