Parenting doesn’t end when your child becomes an adult. This virtual support group offers a welcoming space for parents and caregivers of adults with disabilities to connect with others who understand the unique joys and challenges of this stage of life.
Each gathering includes open conversation, shared experiences, and practical information about topics such as adult services, changing family roles, housing, employment, caregiving, future planning, and creating a meaningful life for your adult child and your family.
Whether you’re navigating a recent transition to adulthood or have been on this journey for years, you’re welcome to join us.
