At Family Voices of Minnesota, we value lived experience above all else. Our staff isn’t just a team- they’re parents and caregivers who understand first-hand the importance of our mission.
We believe that caring for our own families strengthens our ability to care for and support others. Our work is primarily remote, and we support flexible schedules that allow staff to balance their family’s well-being alongside their professional commitments. What matters most to us is showing up for families – and for each other.
While we may not have structured openings posted at all times, we encourage you to share your skills, your story, and how you see yourself supporting our mission. Sometimes the best positions are the ones we create together.

Volunteer Roles
Our volunteers bring creativity, compassion, and energy to everything they do. Volunteer opportunities might include:
Peer Support & Mentorship – Connecting with other parents and families who are navigating similar experiences.
Events & Outreach – Helping with events, community outreach, and spreading the word about our programs.
Resource Development – Contributing to projects that make it easier for families to access information and support.

We are committed to building a Board of Directors that reflects the diversity of families and communities we serve.
