National Organization for Rare Disorders

NORD is a national nonprofit that supports people with rare diseases and their families. Whether you need help getting a diagnosis, finding a specialist or clinical trial, paying medical bills, or affording medications, NORD provides resources, information, and ways to get involved. Their network of members, advocates, and partners connects families to critical supports and works to make an impact for every person with a rare disease.

NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness – Minnesota)

Bright Futures
